2. Business activity
Incasso Mentor provides credit / risk reports, customer monitoring, debt collection coordination and data lists concerning European buyers to exporters and commercial enterprises established in Türkiye. Our services are offered exclusively to merchants and commercial enterprises acting for business purposes; we do not serve consumers. Turkish consumer protection legislation (Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts) therefore does not apply to our relationships.
Incasso Mentor is not a law firm, an audit firm, a financial adviser, an insurer or a credit rating agency. The reports and information we supply consist of data obtained from international credit information sources, passed on and explained. They never constitute legal, financial or investment advice. Commercial decisions rest solely with the customer.
3. Language of contract and correspondence
Pre-contractual information, contractual documents and all correspondence are in Turkish. The English version of this website is provided for convenience only; in the event of any discrepancy, the Turkish text prevails.
4. Conclusion and storage of the contract (Law No. 6563, Art. 4)
The request forms on this site are not orders but requests for a quotation. Once your request reaches us, you receive a pro forma invoice / quotation stating the scope, price and lead time of the service. The contract is concluded when the pro forma amount is paid or the quotation is accepted in writing (by e-mail). You can correct the information entered in the form before sending it; on receipt, our system sends an automatic acknowledgement. The contractual text and the Terms of Service are stored electronically by us and made available to you on request.
5. Commercial electronic messages (Law No. 6563, Art. 6)
Our commercial electronic messages are sent only to merchants and tradespeople, on matters relating to their business. Under Turkish law, prior consent is not required for such business recipients; however, every recipient may opt out at any time and without giving reasons by writing to info@incassomentor.com. Opt-out requests are processed within three working days at the latest. Consent and opt-out records are managed through Türkiye's Message Management System (İYS) as required by law.
6. Intellectual property
The texts, images, report templates, sample documents and software on this site belong to Incasso Mentor Enformasyon ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri A.Ş. or are used under licence. The name and logo "Incasso Mentor" are registered or applied-for trade marks. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability (website content)
The general information on this site, including country and sector data and the "European Collection Risk Report", has been compiled from public sources and our own observations and is provided for information purposes. We give no warranty as to its currency or completeness and accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of it. An assessment of a specific business relationship is made only through an individual paid report.
8. Disputes and complaints
Disputes arising from this site or the services offered are governed by Turkish law; the courts and enforcement offices of İzmir (Central) have jurisdiction. Complaints and requests may be sent to info@incassomentor.com; we respond within ten working days at the latest.
